Alternative Home Health Care is a home health agency owned and operated by nurses with over 20 years experience in healthcare with the last 10 years specializing in home care management. We provide in-home nursing and rehabilitation care for those with medical and or mental illness. We seek to be an alternative to more structured health care settings for those who wish to remain in their home and the community.
It is our experience that a company is not successful without strong leadership and a great team of employees. We pride ourselves on carefully selecting and training qualified health care professionals to be a part of our dedicated team. Our team is made up of Registered and Licensed Nurses, Physical and Occupational Therapist, Social Workers, and Home Health Aides. We employ bilingual staff to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
We have permanent staff on weekends and evenings and have an RN on call 24/7 to provide that added support to our patients, families, and referrals sources. We believe strongly in keeping things as consistent as possible for our patients.
